THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Impugned order was passed on 29th October, 2018 while the Appeal was preferred on 20th December, 2018. I.A. No. 07 of 2019 is filed for condonation of delay on the ground that delay was caused due to the reason that the legal advice was sought. Thereafter, appeal was filed.
Respondents are served but neither anybody is present for the Respondent nor any objection is filed.
Having considered the ground, I find that the Appellant has successfully set out the ground for condonation of delay. Accordingly, I.A. No. 07 of 2019 is allowed. Delay in filing the Appeal is condoned.

List on 6th February, 2023 for disposal of I.A. No. 08 of 2019. Fresh notices be issued to the Respondent. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks.
