THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned Counsel for the Appellant presses the present application for withdrawal of the appeal, since according to the Appellant, the matter has been settled with the Respondent although in the application there is no specific prayer for withdrawal of the appeal. However, in paragraph No. 4 Appellant has stated that the entire settlement amount having been paid, the recovery proceedings, which was pending before the DRT-1, Hyderabad, has also been closed and the Appellant do not intend to proceed with the appeal further.
None is present for the Respondent.
Having considered the submission of the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Appellant is allowed to withdraw the appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal, being Appeal No. 259 of 2018, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
The I.A., being I.A. 57 of 2022, also stand disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
