The Ld. Counsel who was appearing for Respondent No. 3 is directed to provide details of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent to the Ld. Counsel for the Appellant.
Hence, the Appellant is directed to take steps to bring legal representatives on record within the stipulated period.
