The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 who is reported to be dead submits that the details of the legal representative of the deceased Respondent could not be provided for wants cooperation from the legal representatives of the deceased person. Hence, he expresses his inability to furnish the details to the counsel appearing for the Appellant.
The learned counsel for the Appellant is directed to take the steps for impleadment by collecting the details of legal representatives from other sources.
