Ld. Counsel for appellant states that there is an apprehension that respondent FI will take physical possession of the premises.
Ld. Counsel for respondent FI states that there is no threat for possession for the reason that a clear 15 days’ notice will be given to the appellant after 27.12.2022 and, therefore, states that there is no question of taking over of possession of the premises till 12.01.2023.
Ld. Counsel for appellant states that appellant is ready to settle the matter with respondent FI for which the Ld. Counsel for respondent FI has no objection. Let parties sit together on 24.12.2022 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of the respondent FI to settle the matter amicably.
