After having heard the learned counsel for the Appellant the 1st Respondent, I found that it is essential to call for records and proceedings in R.P. No. 136/2007 from the D.R.T., Pune.
The Registrar to call for records and proceedings in R.P. No. 136/2007 from the D.R.T., Pune, and obtain a report regarding the status of the money that has been deposited by the auction purchaser before the D.R.T., Pune.
