M. A. No. 974/2016 is an application seeking extension of
time to deposit the money which was directed to be deposited by the Appellants on 30.06.2016. The application is still pending. From an order dated 03.02.2017, I find that the Appellants have already deposited Rs.34.50 lacs on 30.01.2017 as per order dated 30.06.2016 and 20.01.2017 and therefore the order has been recorded as complied on that date. Hence, this application which is still pending has become infructuous and consequently the application is closed.
Parties shall get ready for hearing the Appeal on the next date, positively.
Post on 05.09.2022 for hearing.
