THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
IA No.48 of 2018 is an application under section 5 of the limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 prays for and granted 2 weeks time for filing objection with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within 2 weeks thereafter.
IA No.375 of 2018 is a substitution application of Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. Objection has already been filed by Respondent No.2.
