Reply has been filed on I.A. No. 74/2022 which is an application for stay. There is already an interim stay granted. The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks time to file documents in support of averments in the Appeal connected with notice u/s 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, which has been nullified in the impugned Order, for the reason that it was issued by a person who was not authorised, is actually valid, and that the person who has issued the notice did have the authority to issue the notice.
Application if any, filed by the Appellant shall be heard along with the appeal.
It is in the interest of both parties to maintain the status quo till the appeal is heard finally.
