Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has already pleaded no instruction.
Vide earlier order dated 27.11.2019, the notices were published in the newspapers for the respondent nos. 2 & 3. Copy of the newspaper is on record, but no one appears on behalf of them.
Vide order dated 30.09.2019, the notices were sent to the respondents no. 4 to 8, but no one appears on behalf of them and neither A.D. Card nor envelops have returned back till date. Affidavit of service is already on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the service on the respondents no. 2 to 8 is deemed to have been made. Let the respondents file reply by the next date as last opportunity.
