The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 20.06.2022 filed by Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The first Respondent Bank has appeared. The other Respondents have not been served.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank submits that he needs to file a reply to the application.
The Ld. Counsel for the Appellants insists on the stay but there is no stay application before this Tribunal as of today, and I understand that there are some defects pointed out by the Registry that need to be cured, so no interim order can be passed now.
