Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri J. K. Mishra is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear. Learned counsel for the appellant brings the notice to the court that he has no instruction to appear in this matter on behalf of the appellant. Perusal of the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 04.04.2022 shows that none was present on behalf of the parties on that date also.
In view of the above, list this case on 20.10.2022. If nobody appears on behalf of the appellant on the next date, appropriate order shall be passed.
