This Tribunal had, vide order dated 07.06.2022 in M.A. No. 1342/2017 allowed the restoration of the Appeal on payment of the cost of �25,000/-. Thereafter, the Appellant had also filed an I.A. No. 223/2022 for reduction of cost which was rejected.
It is now submitted that the cost has already been paid as directed, and hence, the Appeal shall be taken on file.
The Appellant shall take steps for completing service on the Respondents.
