On 29.04.2022 the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants has withdrawn his Vakalatnama by filing a pursis. The Appellants were given time to engage Counsel and get ready for a hearing on the next date.
When the matter was taken up today for hearing, none of the Appellants or their counsel was present.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 is ready for a hearing since the matter is of 2014. I find that the further adjournment cannot be granted and earlier counsel appearing for the Appellants had submitted no instruction after giving notice to the Appellants.
Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed for default.
All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous.
