Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present urgency application being I.A. No. 64/2022 for expediting the misc. application on the ground that the entire amount has been paid to the respondent-Bank and no amount is due against the applicant. He further submits that the amount deposited by the appellant towards pre-deposit was released in favour of the respondent-Bank, but the Bank has refused to accept the same, because all the dues have been liquidated by the applicant. Hence, the demand issued in favour of the Bank is to be made in the name of the applicant.
