The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 filed a copy of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 467/2020, dismissing the Writ as withdrawn, and this Tribunal was requested to consider the appeal filed by the Respondents therein and to dispose of the same in accordance with law as soon as possible.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the parties seeks further time to argue the matter.
