The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and 2 submits that the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 who were the Director of the 1st Respondent company have settled the dues as far as their personal liabilities are concerned and the Bank has already issued No Dues Certificate to them on 23.05.2022.
The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant Bank wants to seek instruction in this matter.
