Learned counsel for the appellant submits that copy of the reply filed by the respondent-Bank has not been served upon him. Copy of reply, which is on record, does not bear any receipt thereon. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank undertakes to serve the same to the counsel for the appellant within 48 hours, who may file rejoinder by the next date.
The respondent no. 2 is stated to be proforma party, therefore, no notice was issued to the said respondent.
