Proxy counsel for respondent no.1 bank submits that vide order dated 04.09.2019, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court has stayed the proceedings before the DRT as well as before DRAT. He also states that by order dated 04.03.2022, the stay has been ordered to be continued by the Hon’ble High Court. Copies of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court are not on record. Let the same be placed on record within two days.
Learned counsel for Jammu & Kashmir Bank says that he wants to take discharge from the case. Let appropriate application be filed in this regard.
