This is joint application moved by appellant, respondents 1 to 7 and respondent no.8 for disposal of the present appeal as per the terms among the parties.
Ld. counsel for the parties submit that the matter stands settled. They further point out that the Hon’ble High Court has passed an order to this effect on 14.02.2022. A perusal of the order reveals that the writ petition has been disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.07.20221 arrived at between the parties and Hon’ble Court has directed the parties to take all consequential steps to effectuate the settlement within the next six weeks. The Hon’ble High Court has, thus, disposed of the present appeal in terms of the settlement.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this appeal and it stands disposed of.
