Present: Shri S. K. Srivastava, counsel for the appellant-Bank, None for the respondents no. 1 & 2, Ex-parte against the respondent no. 3 & 4,
Pursuant to the earlier order dated 04.04.2022, notice was issued by the registry to the respondent no. 1 for engaging another counsel as Shri V. D. Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, he was then, has been elevated as judge of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court. The office report dated 25.07.2022 shows that notice was issued to the respondent no. 1, but no vakalatnama has been filed on his behalf till date. Let the registry again issue notice to the respondent no. 1 for engaging another counsel by the next date.
No reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 inspite of several opportunities being granted. Last opportunity is granted to the counsel for the respondent no. 2 for filing reply, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
