Ms. Uma S. Fadia, learned counsel appearing for Appellant submits that she has no instructions from the Bank and seeks permission to withdraw her Vakalatnama, therefore, she is not able to make any submissions.
Ms. Pallavi Chari, i/b Mr. O. A. Das, Advocate, submits that she proposes to represent Appellant in place of earlier Advocate and seeks time to file her Vakalatnama.
The matter is of the year 2014. Appellant is directed to file Vakalatnama on or before the next date and get ready for hearing on the next date.
There is no appearance for Respondents and they have already been set ex-parte vide order 01.02.2017.
Post on 23.06.2022 for ex-parte hearing.
