Ld. Counsel for appellant states that physical possession of the property in question is fixed for tomorrow i.e. 16.12.2022. Ld. Counsel for respondent bank seeks time to file the reply within two weeks.
Let reply be filed by the respondent bank within two weeks and rejoinder, if any, be filed by the appellant within one week thereafter.
Till then, the respondent bank shall not take physical possession of the property in question. In the meanwhile, let appellant approach the bank for settlement.
Let competent officer of the bank appear before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing through video conferencing for settling the matter amicably.
