Ld. Counsel for appellant states that appellant is ready to settle the matter. Let respondent FI consider the same sympathetically.
Ld. Counsel for respondent FI states that he has no objection to the settlement provided the appellant approaches the respondent FI with a concrete proposal of payment/settlement.
