Counsel, Mr. Soumalya Bhattacharjee appears for appellant and submits supplementary affidavit for filing the certified copy of the impugned order dated 01/06/20221 and copy of order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telengana at Hyderabad in regard to delay petition. Hence, defects mentioned in order dated 21.09.2022 are removed.
