Ld. Counsel Mr. Sayak Mitra appears for Appellant and files Amendment Petition vide IA/449/2022 to substitute the name of respondent bank i.e. Indian Bank in place of Allahabad Bank.
Ld. Counsel for appellant removes all the defects mentioned in order dated 29.03.2022 except filing of waiver application. Ld. Counsel submits that the waiver application is not filed as the same cannot be served upon the respondent bank until bank’s name is substituted.
The matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 20.12.2022 for admission.
