Received an application under section 20 of Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Anurag Bagaria.
Scrutiny of the application reveals the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Dr. Binod More against the order dt. 28.10.2020 in TA/228/2013 (in OA/3/2007) passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-3, Kolkata. Application fees of Rs.20,255/- vide T.R. no.115271 dt. 27.09.2021 has been paid along with the application.
