Ld. Counsel, Mr. Onkar Ganguly is present on behalf of appellant and he submits that Affidavit for service was filed on 28-07-2021.

Mr. Ganguly also prayed that summon notice was also served to Mr. Debanjan Chakraborty, counsel who appeared on behalf of M/s. Saha Wood Industries at DRT- Siliguri.
But none present for respondent.
