Vide order dated 8th January, 2019, Respondents No. 5, 6 and 7 have been impleaded but till date added Respondents have not been inserted in the cause title of the appeal.
Learned Counsel for Appellants is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the appeal by impleading the added Respondents in course of the day.
Learned Counsel, representing Respondent No. 5, informs that Respondent No. 5 has passed away during pendency of the appeal and seeks leave, and is granted, to move necessary substitution application.
Learned Counsel to supply details of legal heirs of the deceased Respondent to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant within a period of two weeks.
