The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant files a Pursis stating that the matter has been settled with the Bank and ‘No Dues Certificate’ has already also been issued by the Bank which is annexed with the Pursis. Under the circumstances, nothing survives in the Appeal, and therefore, the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal.
There is no representation for the Respondent Bank.
In view of the above, Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as
infructuous.
