Present: Shri Alok Rai, counsel for the appellants, Shri Dhananjay Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Shri S. K. Srivastava, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
The office report dated 01.07.2022 shows that inspite of earlier order dated 08.03.2022, no reply has been filed by the respondent-Bank. The said report further shows that the delay and waiver applications are pending consideration and the court fee of Rs. 29750/- is also required to be deposited, as the mandatory deposit of 25% of the amount due has also not been made. If the court fee and the amount towards mandatory deposit of 25% are not deposited by 04.08.2022, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the court. In case the appellant makes the deposit towards court fee and pre-deposit, the case be listed on 08.08.2022 for hearing on the waiver.
