As regard, defect regarding Vakalatnama, Ld. Counsel states that Original Vakalatnama is yet to be received through Dak and the same will be filed on receipt.
In the meantime, Vakalatnama sent through e-mail by the Bank has been filed with the Appeal.
As regards, the defects regarding Delay, Ld. Counsel states that the appeal is covered under the Limitation as the impugned order dated 28.03.2022 was applied on 06.04.2022 and the same was prepared on 25.04.2022. The instant appeal has been filed on 16.05.2022. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
This instant appeal has been filed by the Bank against interim order dated 28.03.2022 of DRT, Ranchi in S.A. No. 54/2019.
