This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Counsel for the appellant submits that he has effected the service but has not yet filed the service report which he will be doing. Further, he has not yet supplied a copy of appeal paper book along with documents to the respondent. During the course of hearing, he undertook to supply the same to respondent through mail.
Counsel for the respondent no. 1 & 2 has appeared and has undertaken to file Vakalatnama as well as reply on or before the next date of hearing i.e. 05.07.2022. Next date is fixed.
