After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, the present application is disposed off finally with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow to consider and decide the interim application of the applicant filed in T.A. no. 473/2002 preferably on the date fixed i.e. 21.10.2022, if possible, otherwise within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
