Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow for deciding the S.A. No. 280/2020 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow for considering and deciding the S.A. No. 280/2020 filed by the borrowers, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
