This Application is coming up for filing Proof of Service since 30.07.2021. Today, again time is sought.
As seen from record, only at request of Counsel for Petitioners/Appellants, time is extended from 30.07.2021. For last one year, time is extended for filing proof of service. Petitioners/Appellants evinced no interest in prosecuting Application. Hence, I am not inclined to grant further time. Therefore, IA 455/2021 (delay in restoration) is dismissed for default. Consequently, other Applications viz., IA 456/2021 (restoration) IA 457/2021 (Delay in Representation) and IA 458/2021(waiver) are dismissed and Appeal A.IR:58/2021is rejected.
