THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Vide order dated 06.09.2022 learned Registrar has declined to register the appeal for non-compliance of removal of defects by the appellant.
It appears that subsequently defects relating to filing of condonation of delay as well as application for waiver from pre-deposit have been filed by the appellant. Hence, the appeal is in order. Accordingly, order dated 06.09.2022 passed by learned Registrar declining to register the appeal is set aside.
Let notice be issued to the respondents in I.A. No. 409 of 2022 and I.A. No. 408 of 2022. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks. Respondents may file opposition within four weeks with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder thereafter.
