THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of 12 days delay in filing the appeal. It is submitted that instruction for filing the appeal was given but the Learned Counsel could not prefer the appeal in time due to delayed communication of the instruction.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent, however, opposed by stating that no good ground has been taken for condoning the delay.
