No. 3 he submits that as being third party appellant had not received 13(2) Notice. Hence of copy of DM order dated 26.10.2012 in respect of claim amountwas enclosed to the annexure at page 77-78 of Vol.-II.
None appears for respondents.
Post the matter on 14/12/2022 forappearance and removal of remaining defects.
