Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the I.A. No. 513/2022 being urgency application, wherein it is prayed that the DRT, Lucknow may be directed to decide the S.A. No. 513/2021 at an early date, therefore, the present expedite application has been filed before this Tribunal.
Since the case has been taken-up, therefore, the urgency application stands disposed off.
As per report of the Registrar, the case is already fixed for 15.11.2022. Accordingly, list this case on 09.11.2022.
