No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per the Sale Notice dated 12.04.2021 (page 34 of instant Appeal) dues was Rs. 1,81,46,503.67 + Interest w.e.f. 08.11.2019. It has been mentioned that Rs. 1.68 Crores has been realized by the Bank by auctioning house of the appellants. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 08.08.2022 of DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 286/2022. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 484/2022) and Condonation of Delay Application (I.A. No. 483 /2022) has been filed.
