As per the Demand Notice dated 07.05.2019 (page 75 of instant Appeal) dues was Rs. 3,05,29,737=61 P + Interest.
Ld. Counsel submits today D.D. No. 000243 dated 11.10.2022 (AU Small Finance Bank Ltd) for Rs. 3,05,29,737.61 (Rupees Three Crore, Five Lakh, Twenty Nine Thousands Seven Hundred Thirty Seven and Sixty One Paisa) towards pre-deposit. However, Ld Counsel has also filed Waiver Application along with the Appeal.
The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 29.09.2022 of DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 286/2020. Urgency Application and Waiver Application have been filed along with the appeal.
