The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by the Appellant seeking urgent relief.
This is the Chamber Appeal preferred by the Appellant. The Ld. Registrar had vide order dated 17.06.2022 declined to register the Appeal since the Appellant had failed to remove the defects pointed out by the Registry despite being granted sufficient time to do so. The Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that there was some miscommunication and therefore, the defects could not cure on time.
On submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the Appellant, the Appellant is granted one more opportunity to cure the defects pointed out by the Registry.
