The present application has been filed by the appellant/applicant to release the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by her with this Tribunal, along with accrued interest thereon.
The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant has drawn the attention of this Tribunal to the order dated 19.03.2015 of this Tribunal, vide which while disposing of the appeal this Tribunal had directed the applicant/appellant to deposit Rs. 2 lacs for restraining the respondent bank. Learned counsel submits that subsequently the S.A. filed by the appellant/applicant was allowed by the DRT vide its order dated 19.02.2019 and no appeal against the said order was filed by the respondent bank.
Learned counsel for the respondent bank also endorses the above facts.
Heard. The Registry of this Tribunal has reported that appellant/applicant has deposited with this Tribunal Rs.2,00,000/-, which is lying in fixed deposits. In these circumstances, the application is allowed and the Registrar is directed to release this amount, along with up-to-date interest accrued thereon, to the applicant/appellant within 15 days.
The application stands disposed of.
