This is an application filed by the appellant for restraining the respondent bank from selling the property, i.e. Plot NO.1548-P, Residential Sector-25, Part-II, HUDA as the bank is going to put the same to auction tomorrow, i.e. 04.11.2022.
The learned counsel for the appellant prays for stay of the auction proceedings.
Heard. Let the auction proceedings take place tomorrow, however it is clarified that the auction will be subject to the outcome of this appeal.
List the matter for 11.01.2023 for final arguments. In the meanwhile, respondent bank is directed to furnish to the appellants the details of the outstanding amount as on date.
