The Appellant has come up with the appeal impugning the order dated 07.12.2012 in M.A. No. 15/2012 on the files of D.R.T., Aurangabad. There is a delay of two days in filing the appeal and therefore, the Appellant has filed an application for condonation of delay.
The Respondent has vehemently opposed the application and has filed a reply.
Heard both sides. I find that the reasons supplied by the Appellant for the delay of two days are well explained. Hence, the delay is condoned. The appeal has already been taken on file.
Reply to the main appeal shall be filed within four weeks. Post on 07.03.2023 for hearing.
