THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
This M.A. is filed for restoration of the appeal and recall of the order dared 30.03.2022. Learned counsel for the appellant contended that due to certain personal exigency he could not appear before the Tribunal on 30.03.2022. Having gone through the averment made in the M.A. the ground taken by the appellant is sufficient. Accordingly, the M.A. is allowed. The order dated 30.03.2022 is recalled. Appeal is restored to its original number. M.A. is thus disposed of.
Appellant United Bank of India was merged with Punjab National Bank. Necessary amendment be carried out by the appellant within two days.
Pleadings are complete.
