Affidavit of service has been filed and according to which respondent bank has been served. None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent bank.
Learned counsel for appellant says that the appellant does not want to pursue this appeal as an indigent person and accordingly does not press the applications I.A. No.953/2019 and I.A. No.954/2019. Accordingly these applications are dismissed as not pressed.
Let court fee be paid within seven days.
List the matter on 16.08.2022 for further proceedings. Let fresh notice be issued to the respondent bank in the meanwhile.
