Ld. Counsel for applicant/appellant states that deficit court fee has been paid. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application No. 06/2022 is allowed and the Appeal No. 407/2019 is restored back to its original number.
No one appears on behalf of respondent bank. Let notice be issued to all the respondents as well as General Manager of respondent no.1 bank by all permissible modes.
