It appears that the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 5/1/2021 wherein judgement of this Tribunal dated 12.02.2018 was set aside and appeal was restored in its original No. Appellant submits that direction has been complied and appeal is ready for hearing. List on 12th September,2022 for hearing of the Appeal.
It is made clear that, no further adjournment will be granted on the date fixed as this Appeal is of 2012.
